By stopping and connecting with ourselves, with others, and the space we inhabit, physically and metaphorically,
we support our wellbeing

Mindfulness is about cultivating non-judgemental awareness. An awareness that arises through paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment,

non-judgementally, in the service of self-understanding and wisdom.

Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of The Centre for Mindfulness

TIME-OFF SPACE

Step away from clock zone and experience what is possible

These are fun and interactive sessions where we learn and experience the impact of different, simple mindfulness practices. They take different forms, can be as short as 3 minutes, and they can be easy to set up; you don’t need to be in a dark room with candles and special music. You can choose those that resonate best with you, integrate them as part of your self-care toolbox, and tap into them whenever you need them. No previous experience is required, you can adapt them to your style and needs, and with regular sessions you can create your own daily-weekly practices.

PEOPLE WHO HAVE ATTENDED THESE SESSIONS SAID

Mindfulness thinking and techniques were very helpful.

It was a really helpful space. It helped me to slow down my thinking and connect with the moment which isn't something I consciously do very often.

It was incredibly calming.

This is only the second time I've been led through some mindfulness exercises and I think this is now something I will definitely explore further. It really helped me to slow down the noise and I'm sure this would be beneficial to me if practiced more regularly.
